These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website golfclubcentanni.it (hereinafter, “the Site”). Any user who accesses the Site accepts these conditions in full. Any amendments will be published on this same page, with an indication of the date of the update.

1. Site ownership and nature
The Site is an independent editorial project of an informational and educational nature, dedicated to golf in Tuscany and to related tourism activities. The Site is not a travel agency, a tour operator, an intermediary for the booking of green fees or stays, nor a sports association. The information published is intended to guide the reader; it does not, under any circumstances, constitute a commercial offer.
2. Disclaimer of affiliation
The domain golfclubcentanni.it was previously used by the not-for-profit amateur sports association Golf Club Centanni ASD of Bagno a Ripoli (Florence), which ceased its activities at the end of 2024. Following the release of the domain by its previous registrant, the domain was lawfully registered by the current owner of the Site for the purposes of this independent editorial project.
The following is expressly declared:
- The Site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, operated by or authorised by the former Golf Club Centanni ASD, its former directors, members or registered participants.
- The Site is not affiliated with the Bianchi family, founders of the Centanni restaurant and of the golf club, nor with their heirs or assigns.
- The Site is not affiliated with the current owners of the land on which the golf course was located (including, where relevant, the companies or individuals who took over ownership during 2025-2026), nor with any commercial operator carrying out, or intending to carry out, activities on that area.
- Historical references on the Site to Golf Club Centanni ASD are made for purely documentary and descriptive purposes, in the exercise of the right of factual reporting and historical commentary.
Any trademarks, names or distinctive marks cited on the Site belong to their respective owners and are referred to solely for informational purposes.
3. Intellectual property and copyright
The content published on the Site (text, photographs, graphics, layout) is the property of the Site owner or used under licence, and is protected by Italian and European copyright law (in particular Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941, as subsequently amended). Reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written authorisation, save for use for personal study, research or quotation, within the limits provided for by Article 70 of the copyright law.
Users may share links to pages on the Site through their own social channels or blogs, provided the integrity of the page is preserved and the source is indicated. Quotation of passages from articles is permitted within the limits of a brief extract, with a clear indication of the source and an active link to the original article.
4. Accuracy of information and limitation of liability
The Site owner curates and publishes the content with the greatest possible care and updates it periodically. Nevertheless, given the changing nature of information about sports and tourism facilities (tariffs, opening hours, course conditions, changes of management), the Site does not guarantee in absolute terms that all content is up to date and complete at every moment. Users are advised to verify relevant information directly with the facility in question before planning travel, making a booking or incurring expense.
The Site owner accepts no liability for:
- Any inaccuracies, omissions or delays in the updating of content;
- Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the information published;
- The conduct of third parties (clubs, accommodation providers, transport operators) whose information is referenced on the Site;
- Technical disruptions or interruptions of the Site not attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the Site owner.
5. Links to third-party sites
The Site contains links to external resources (the websites of clubs, federations, tourism operators, press articles). Such links are provided for informational and reference purposes only. The Site owner does not control the content of third-party sites and assumes no responsibility for their accuracy, legality or for the processing of personal data that may take place on them. Users who follow an external link are expected to review the relevant terms of use and privacy notices.
6. User-generated content
Should the Site activate sections for comments, reviews or user contributions, any content published in such sections remains the sole responsibility of the person who submitted it. The Site owner reserves the right to moderate, edit or remove any content that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, in breach of the privacy of others, or not relevant to the editorial line of the Site.
7. Personal data processing
The processing of personal data collected through the Site (for example, through newsletter subscription or email correspondence) is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018. The Site owner reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time, by publishing the change on this same page with an indication of the date of the update. Continued use of the Site after publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise in connection with the interpretation, performance or termination of the relationships governed by these Terms, the courts of Florence have exclusive jurisdiction, save for the mandatory rules of consumer protection law.
